Your speed daters are notified whenever you create a new event, Alerts are sent out automatically when you change times or venues, Waiting lists are made for booked-up events, When you submit the scoring results from an event the matched speed daters are emailed with each other's email addresses.
User features:
Your speed daters can submit their own pictures, change their profiles and specify their ideal partners' age range. Speed daters can browse the events you create and book for them on-line.
Mailing list features:
Bulk mail people according to sex, age ranges, by venues they are booked for, or any combination of the above. Choose from a variety of email templates to send, then custom edit them if required. This mailing feature can be used to mail out reminder emails about events, to remind people about the site if they haven't logged in for a few weeks or to give people discounts on your future events when you cancel an event.
